IT Solutions Sales Consultant (Outside Sales – Commission Only)

Role Overview

CSJ Technology Group is looking for an IT Solutions Sales Consultant. This position is a results driven outside sales professional responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new B2B clients for CSJ Technology Group. This role focuses on selling IT consulting, ServiceNow implementation and optimization services, helpdesk transformation and AI-driven automations solution.

 

This position is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a commission-only environment and excels at building relationships, opening doors, and closing deals.

Job Description â€‹â€‹

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new B2B business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and in-person meetings

  • Sell CSJ Technology & Consulting Group’s service offerings, including:

    • ServiceNow implementation and consulting

    • IT Service Management (ITSM) and helpdesk process improvement

    • AI agents, automation, and workflow optimization

    • IT infrastructure and digital transformation services

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client pain points, technical needs, and business objectives

  • Collaborate with technical consultants and leadership to scope solutions and develop proposals

  • Present tailored solutions and value propositions to executive and technical stakeholders

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales activity reporting

  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon revenue and performance targets

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in IT services, technology consulting, or SaaS

  • Strong understanding of IT services, managed services, or enterprise technology solutions

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working independently in a commission-only compensation structure

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally or regionally as needed

Preferred Qualifications​

  • Experience selling ServiceNow, ITSM, or digital transformation services

  • Background in consulting, managed services, or enterprise software sales

  • Existing book of business or strong professional network
